Ingredients:


½ kg Minced Meat(mutton)
2 tbsps. Papaya(paste)
2 tsps. Garlic(paste)
1 tsp. Ginger(paste)
2 tbsps. Onion(paste, fried)
2 tsps. Red Chili Powder

1 tsp. garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1 no. Egg
½ tsp. Cardamom(powder)
¼ tsp. Nutmeg(powder)
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

For Barbeque effect:
2 pieces of Charcoal
2 Cloves:

Directions:

    Place the minced mutton in a bowl and mix well all the ingredients in it.

    To create barbeque effect, keep the pieces of charcoal on gas flame till it becomes embers.

    Place an aluminum foil on top of mince mixture, place the embers on it.

    Drop cloves over embers followed by a tsp. of oil on it. Cover the mince mixture bowl    immediately. Do not allow smoke to escape.

    After about 5 minutes remove the bowl of embers.

    Make small size balls of mince mixture.

    Brush the baking dish with oil. Place the mince balls in it and bake in a pre-heated oven on 220 C for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Alternatively, heat 1 tbsp oil in a sauce pan and add mince mixture to it. Cover and cook on low flame till become completely dry.

    The gola kabab is ready.
