2 cups Chickpeas (kabuli channa) boiled till tender
2 teaspoon Crushed cumin seeds
1.5 teaspoon Crushed red chili flakes or Red chili powder
2 teaspoon Dried mint leaves
2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions (optional)
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 cup Red Bell Pepper finely chopped
1 medium Cucumber, finely chopped
1 cup Green Bell Pepper finely chopped
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves to garnish
3 tablespoon amul cheese (grated)
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Coarsely crushed black peppercorns
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Chopped Mint leaves (optional)
METHOD:
Mix all the above ingredients one by one in a large bowl.
Refrigerate one hour before serving.
