Ingredients:

    6 eggs, hard boiled
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 green chilies, finely chopped
    1 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
    1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
    2 tsp gram flour

    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp red chili powder
    salt to taste
    Oil for frying

How to make Egg Kebab:

    Finely grate the hard boiled eggs.
    Place all ingredients except oil  in a medium bowl.
    Mix well.
    Knead a smooth dough.
    Make flat round cutlets out of the dough.
    Set aside.
    Heat oil in a deep-frying pan over medium heat.
    Put the kebabs in oil and fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
    Garnish with onion rings.
