Ingredients:
Milk - 2 cups, very cold
Vanilla Ice Cream  - 1 litre
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp, a little bit extra for garnishing
Concentrated Espresso Coffee - 1 tbsp

Whipped Cream

Method:
1. In a blender, the quantities of all ingredients except the whipped cream.
2. Blend until thick and uniform.
3. Pour into three chilled cups.
4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with some cinnamon.
5. Serve immediately.
