Ingredients:

   Dates 10 to 20 no's
  Cashewnuts !0-20 no's
  Sugar 2 tbsp

  Flour 1/2 cup
  Salt a pinch
  Cardamom powder a pinch
  Oil for deep frying
  Water as needed

Method:

Slit the dates and remove seeds and stuff each date with one cashewnut.
 Make a thick batter with sugar, , flour, salt and cardamom powder and water.
Dip the dates in this batter and deep fry till golden brown.
