Ingredients:

garlic-200 gm
ginger-100gm
shallots-100gm
salt-1tbsp
red chillie powder- 8-10 tpsp
black pepper-1 tbsp
coriander seeds- 3 tbsp
cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
cardamom seeds- 50 gm
cinnamon- 5 sticks
cloves- 5
dried mint leaves- 2 tbsp
oil- 5-6 tbsp

Method:



Grind all the whole spices and keep them aside.

Next grind garlic, ginger and shallots into a fine paste. Keep on adding little salt and water during grinding.

Put it in a big vessel, add all the spices and oil and mix properly.

Cover it with a tight lid for 2 to 3 days.

Then make round shaped balls and flatten them.

Dry in sun for 8-10 days.

Use as required in different dishes....
