Pudina leaves- 30-40
Besan- 4 tbsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Zeera- 1/2 tsp
Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Chat masala- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Imli chutney for garnishing.


Take fresh pudina (mint) stalks.

Pick the pudina leaves properly and make sure you don''t tear or crush them. Wash the leaves.

In a bowl take 4 tbsp besan (gram flour).

 Add salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, zeera and pepper powder.

 Add water.

 Add water and prepare a thin mixture of the batter.

 Take a pudina leaf and dip it the batter.

 Take the pudina leaf out of the batter and put it in hot oil.

 Repeat the procedure with all the pudina leaves and fry till the leaves are golden brown in color.

 Sprinkle chat masala over the pakoras.

 Serve the crispy pudina pakoras with imli chutney.
