Ingredients:
1 kg  boneless fish
1 egg
Salt To Taste
6 tbsp white vinegar
3 tsp home made ginger garlic paste
1 cup plain hung yogurt
Red chillies 2 tsp
turmeric 1 tsp
plain flour 4 tsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
kasoori methi 1/2 tsp
oil for deep frying


Method:

1.Take one kg boneless fish.

 2.Wash and cut fish into pieces that are about 4 cm long and 2 cm wide.

 3.Add white vinegar to the fish and marinate in vinegar for about 10 mins, it will remove smell from the fish.

4.Wash the fish with plain water.

5.In a separate bowl take an egg.

6.Add 1 cup hung yoghurt. Add ginger garlic paste and 4 tsp plain flour. Add turmeric, red chillies kasoori methi and cumin seeds. Mix all the ingredients.

 7.Marinate the fish in the above prepared mixture. Refrigerate the marinated fish overnight.

 8.Take enough oil in a wok and fry the fish pieces one by one. Fry till the outer layer becomes crisp.

 9. Fry all the pieces of fish this way.

10.  Serve the fried fish hot with green chutney.
