Ingredients :

500 grams of boneless chicken

4 tbsp. fresh cream

4 tbsp. hung curd

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp black pepper powder

Few chopped coriander leaves and onion rings



3 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp salt

10 almonds

10 cashewnuts

Method:

1. Blend together almonds, cashews with cream and curd.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the cubed chicken along with the ground paste.

3. Marinate and refrigerate overnight.

4. Preheat the oven at 240 C for at least 15 mins.

5. Put the chicken on the skewers and grill for 25 mins.

6. Flip them and grill again for 15 mins.

7.  Check after 25 mins of grilling to prevent burning.

8. Brush butter over the grilled kebabs.

9. Serve with mint chutney.
