Ingredients:

4 cups milk
4 to 4 ½ tbsp custard powder
4 to 4½ tbsp sugar

Fruits of your choice (about 4 cups, use as desired)

1 apple
1 lmango
1 banana
1 pomegranate



Method:

1. Wash the fruits thoroughly and chill them in the fridge.

2.Heat milk in a wide pan.

3. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.

4. Meanwhile add custard powder to a small cup and add 4 to 6 tbsp of cold milk to it. Stir well. Make sure it is free from any lumps.

5. When the milk in pan starts boiling pour the custard powder mix to it. Stir it. Repeat adding little more and stir well. Pour the rest of the mix and stir well to prevent lumps. Keep stirring and cook on a low to medium heat until the custard turns thick.

6. Switch off the stove and whisk it well to make it smooth. Cover immediately.Cool this completely and chill it.

Serving fruit custard.

1. Whisk the custard well before serving. This ensures even and smooth custard.

2. Peel and chop the fruits to bite size. Add them to serving bowl or individual serving cups.

3. Pour the custard over the fruits and gently mix.

4. Serve fruit custard immediately.
