INGREDIENTS:

Paneer- 200 gm
Chopped onions-1 no.
Zeera- 1tsp
Pepperpowder-1tsp
Salt-as per taste
Ajwain -1/2 tsp
Dried pudina-1/2tsp
Bread slices 5-6
                                                      Oil for frying
                                                      chutney and cucumber for garnishing






METHOD:

Grate and the paneer. Add some cornflour for binding.Add chopped onions, red chillies, salt, ajwain zeera and pepper powder.

Mash and mix well. Add dried Pudina.

Take a slice of bread and cut off the edges.

Take some water on a plate Soak the bread in some water.

Put the paneer mixture in the middle of the soaked bread.

Roll into a cylindrical shape.

Roll the stuffed bread in some maida.

Cut small slices.

Let the slices stay at room temperature for 10-15 mins.

Heat oil in a pan add add the paneer bread rolls.

Fry till golden brown.

Garnish with imli chutney and cucumber.

Serve.
