Ingredients:

 Almonds – 10
 Cashewnuts – 10
 Pistachios – 10
 Walnuts – 10
 Milk – 400 ml
 Sugar – 3 1/2 tblsp

Method:

 1. Soak the dry fruits in water for 45 to 60 minutes.
 2. Peel the almond skins.
 3. Combine them all and grind to a smooth paste.
 4. Add milk, sugar and blend well.
 5. Pour this into serving glasses with couple of ice cubes.
 6. Garnish with some chopped dry fruits if desired.
 7. Serve at once.
