Ingredients:

mutton....1/2 kg
channa dal....2cups
whole dried red chillies......8-10
whole black pepper.......10
cloves.....6
bari elaichi....1
zeera.....1/2 tsp
cinamon......1 stick
green chillies 2-3
fresh dhaniya.......1/2 bunch
egg.......2
onion coarsely chopped......2 medium sized
ginger paste.....1 tsp

Method:

1. Pressure cook meat ,salt red chillies,chopped onion,black pepper cloves bari elaichi,zeera,cinamon ,ginger ,channa dal,and add 3 glasses of water.
2. Cook till meat is tender.
3. After the pressure z taken out put it on low heat and cook till all the water dries up completely.
4. Take care nt to leave any water.
5. Remove frm heat and let it cool fr a bit.
6. Remove the whole masalas before grinding.
7. Grind this mixture,add green chillies, eggs and fresh dhaniya.
8. Form into the shape of round tikkis.
9. Now shallow fry these kababs till they r crisp on both sides.
10. Serve with mint chutney.
