INGREDIENTS:

1 Chicken, medium sized pieces
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Salt
to taste
Green chillies
4-5
Fresh coriander leaves
a few sprigs
Fresh mint leaves
a few sprigs
Oil
2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon
Yogurt
1 cup


METHOD:

1. Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces. Wash and drain.
2. Add lemon juice and salt and mix well.
3. Remove stems, wash green chillies and gently break them with hand.
4. Clean, wash and chop coriander leaves.
5. Clean, wash and drain mint leaves.
6. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
7. When they begin to change colour add broken green chillies and sauté for a minute.
8. Add chicken pieces and roast for a while.
9. Add yogurt and chopped coriander leaves.
10. Cover and cook till the chicken is done. Add hand broken mint leaves, stir and serve hot.
