Ingredients:


1/2 kg - mutton
1 kg - fresh curd
2 - onions finely chopped
Fresh chopped coriander leaves (a large bunch)
4 tsp - coriander powder (dhainwal powder)
1 tsp - saunf powder
1 tsp - ginger powder
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
5 tbsp - ghee or oil
2 - cardamom pods (badi elachi)
4 - small cardamom pods
2 - cloves
1 - cinnamon stick
