Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour -2 cups
Maida -1/2 cup
Castor sugar - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup (optional) 
Raisins - 2 tablespoons
Almond powder -1/4 cup
Green cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Almonds and cashews for garnishing
Poppy seeds for garnishing

Method:

1. Mix whole wheat flour, maida, salt, baking soda, almond powder, raisins, grated coconut and sugar in a bowl. 

2. Add the ghee and knead into a stiff dough. Add milk in small amounts till the dough forms a stiff consistency. 

3. Knead with both hands for 3-4 minutes. 

4. Grease a baking tray ( preferably rectangle shaped) with ghee and put this dough into the baking tray. Spread evenly with the help of your fingertips or a spatula. 

5. Take a tooth pick or fork and poke holes in this evenly spread dough. 

6. Take a brush and apply a small amount of milk and ghee mixture on this dough and put almonds and cashews on it and press these dry fuits with your fingertips ( you can also use the dry fruits of your choice. 

7. Now sprinkle poppy seeds over this dough. 

8. Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and then bake this roath at the same temperature for about 40- 50 minutes or till the upper surface changes it's colour. 

9. Let it cool for 2 hours before cutting into square pieces and serve.

Ingredients:

Hide and seek biscuits - 2 packets
Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - few drops
Eno - 5g one sachet
Hershey's chocolate syrup or melted chocolate for topping or whipped cream ( u can use any topping whatever u llike) 
Refined oil - 1tsp
Method:

1. Take the biscuits and grind them in a grinder. 

2. Add milk and mix well. 

3. Add 2-3 drops of vanilla essence. 

4. Add one Eno sachet (5g) and mix with a spatula. 

5. Take a cake mould or a heavy bottom pan and grease it well with some oil. 

6. Put the biscuit cake batter in the mould or pan and tap twice or thrice so that the batter settles properly. 

7. Take a thick flat bottom kadhai or patila and put a wire stand in it and put on gas stove on sim and place the mould or the pan with batter on the wire stand inside the kadai or patila. Be careful while placing the mould, the kadhai may be super hot. 

8. Cover the kadhai with a lid and cook on sim for 30-40 mins. 

9. Check with a toothpick If the cake is cooked from inside. If it is still wet wait for another 5-8 minutes. 

10. Once the cake cools, demould the cake on a plate. 

11. Here you can coat the cake with some powdered sugar and crushed biscuits and your cake is ready. If you want you can follow step number 12.

12. Spread the layer of melted chocolate or whipped creamor Hershey's chocolate syrup or beaten coffee and sugar (or whatever you have available at home) and top with crushed biscuits. 

Your lockdown cake is ready!!!

Ingredients:





Maida - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/3 cup, unsweetened
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup, granulated
Egg - 1
Oil - 1/4 cup

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour (250 grams)
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 cups whole milk
2 Tbsp melted butter (plus more butter for cooking)
Honey for garnishing..

Preparation:

 Pre-heat a nonstick sauté pan or skillet over medium heat.

 Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

 Beat eggs thoroughly. Add the eggs, melted butter and half the milk to the dry ingredients and mix gently until combined. 

 Now stir in the remaining milk until the batter is the desired consistency. Don't overmix!

 Melt butter on pan. It should foam and sizzle.

 For each pancake, ladle ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle or pan.

 Cook until the tops of the pancakes are full of bubbles and the bottoms are golden brown.

 Flip the pancakes and cook until the tops are golden brown, then either serve right away or transfer to the oven to keep  warm.

 Garnish with honey....

Ingredients:

All purpose flour: 1 1/2 cups
Sugar: 1 cup (or less)
Butter: 1/2 cup
Eggs: 2
Baking powder: 1 1/2 tsps
Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1/4 tsp (or less) (optional)
Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp (or less) (optional)

Preparation Method:

Pre heat oven to 400F.

In a bowl mix flour, salt and baking powder.

In an electric mixer beat butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, cardamom and cinnamon powder on medium until blended.

Add it to the flour mixture and beat thoroughly.

Coat the baking tray with butter and flour.

Pour the batter in baking tray and bake for 30-35 mins or until done.
