Ingredients

    1 Kg mutton (preferably mutton with cartilage cut into small pieces)
    8 tbsp oil
    8-10 dried red chillies
    4 tbsp fried onions paste
    2 tbsp ginger paste

    2 tbsp garlic paste
    1 tsp garam masala powder
    1 tsp ginger powder(Dry sonth)
    2 tbsp Coriander powder
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp black pepper corns
    4 cloves
    6 green cardamom
    4 sticks of cinnamon
    4 tbsp fresh tamarind paste
    Salt
    Chopped coriander to garnish

Directions

1. Grind the dried red chillies with some water to make a paste and seive it through a fine seive.

2. Wash the meat properly and let it stand for 1 hour.

3. Heat oil in a pan and put meat in it and fry the meat for 15 mins till it becomes light brown in colour.

4. Now add whole garam masala,onion paste, tamarind paste, ginger-garlic paste to the meat.

5. Add all the masala powder and fry till oil comes up.

6. Now add water and salt and cook with closed lid till meat is tender and gravy is medium thick in consistency.

7. Garnish with chopped coriander.

8. Serve with rice.

  3. this is not how it is made,,you did not explain properly what to do with the red chillies which u made paste and did not mention when to put that paste

  4. mutton korma is an Pakistani dish Pakistani chiefs make korma with different recipes. in this time in Pakistan have many Food & Beverages Suppliers they provide korma masala for many restaurants and hotels.
