Ingredients:

garlic-200 gm
ginger-100gm
shallots-100gm
salt-1tbsp
red chillie powder- 8-10 tpsp
black pepper-1 tbsp
coriander seeds- 3 tbsp
cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
cardamom seeds- 50 gm
cinnamon- 5 sticks
cloves- 5
dried mint leaves- 2 tbsp
oil- 5-6 tbsp
