Lotus Stems - 500 gms, cut diagonally into 2 inch pieces, properly washed
Water - 3 cups
Aniseed(saunf)Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Powder - 1 tsp,
Garlic- 4 cloves
Yogurt - 3 cups
