Ingredients:


2 cups Basmati Rice
1 cup mixed Vgetables (cauliflower, potato, carrot, french beans)
150 gms Green Peas
3 Finely Sliced Onion
2 Finely Sliced Green Chillies
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
4 Cloves
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
4 Tomato
1/2 cup Yogurt

Ingredients:

2 cup rice
3 onion
200 gm mushroom
200 gm cottage cheese
2 capsicum
5-6 cauliflower pieces
4 cloves
2 cinnamon pieces
2 bay leaf
6 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
2 tsp salt


Method:

    Soak rice for half an hour or so.
