INGREDIENTS :

• Potatoes boiled ½ kg
• Egg white 1
• Bread slices 2
• Green chilies chopped 2
• Mint leaves chopped ½ bunch
• Red chili powder 1 tbsp
• Garam Masala 1 tbsp
• Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
• Rice flour 2 tbsp

• Oil as required
• Salt to taste
   
METHOD :

• Peel boiled potatoes and mash with a fork.

• Add in rice flour, chopped mint leaves, red chili powder, bread slices, salt to taste, crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, garam masala and egg white.

• Mix well and make seekh kebabs of this mixture.

• BBQ, grill or cook on a hot greased grilling pan.

• Serve hot with paratha and chutney.
