Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1
Chopped Onion - 2
Chopped Capsicum - 1
Chopped green chilli - 5
Chopped Garlic - 4
Baby corns - 2 ( if available)
Corn flour - 2 tsps.
Refined flour - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste
Method:
Cauliflower - 1

Method:
- Take cauliflower and cut into small florets.
- Blanch the florets in salt water.
- Take a bowl and add refined flour, salt, pepper, red chilli powder and water to make a smooth batter
- Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Fry the florets one by one.
- Chop green chillies, onions, capsicum and baby corn.
- Fry onions, baby corn and garlic. Add capsicum and green chilli's. Add tomato ketch up.
- Now add pepper powder , red chilli powder and green chilli sauce.
- Mix the corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add it to the mixture.
- Add some water too..
- Simmer for 4-5 minutes till the gravy becomes thick.
