Ingredients:

Cauliflower - 1
Chopped Onion - 2
Chopped Capsicum - 1
Chopped green chilli - 5
Chopped Garlic - 4
Baby corns - 2 ( if available)
Corn flour - 2 tsps.
Refined flour - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste

Method:
  1.  Take cauliflower and cut into small florets.
  2. Blanch the florets in salt water.
  3. Take a bowl and add refined flour, salt, pepper, red chilli powder and water to make a smooth batter
  4. Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter.
  5. Fry the florets one by one.
  6. Chop green chillies, onions, capsicum and baby corn.
  7. Fry onions, baby corn and garlic. Add capsicum and green chilli's. Add tomato ketch up.
  8. Now add pepper powder , red chilli powder and green chilli sauce.
  9. Mix the corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add it to the mixture.
  10. Add some water too..
  11. Simmer for 4-5 minutes till the gravy becomes thick.
