Ingredients:

Mutton - 250 gms, chopped into small pieces
Curd - 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/3 tblsp
Ghee - 2 1/2 tblsp

Ingredients:
Garlic - 100 Gms
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch

Method:
1. Peel the garlic.
2. Soak in the vinegar for 30 minutes.
3. Add the salt.
4. Grind to a paste.
