Ingredients:
1/2 tin (200 grams) condensed milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup (60 grams) butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)
Method:
Combine all the ingredients except the walnuts in a heavy bottomed saucepan and cook over a medium flame, stirring continuously.
Cook till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan (approx. 10 minutes).
Add the walnuts and mix well.
Put into a 4" x 4" greased square tin and allow it to set at room temperature.
Refrigerate the tray for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares and store in an air-tight container.
