Ingredients:

Grated Paneer- 250 gms.
Chopped onions-1 no.
Zeera- 1tsp
Pepper powder-1tsp
Salt-as per taste
Ajwain -1/2 tsp
Dried pudina-1/2tsp
Bread slices 5-6
Zeera- 1 tsp

Red Chillies-1/2 tsp
Chaat masala-1/2 tsp
Oil for frying

Method:

 Take grated cheese.

Add red chillies, chopped onions, zeera powder , salt and ajwain.

Add dried pudina and mix well.

Take a portion of this paneer mixture and make a ball out of it and gently flatten them into a round shape.

Roll in some maida.

Keep aside for 5-10 mins.

In a pan, shallow fry the paneer tikki with refined oil.

Sprinkle some chat masala over the tikkis and serve.
